Bookable Spaces
Brain Bubbles (8) Group discussion rooms (4), and a Multi-purpose hall are available for prior booking using this online portal. IIMT students can pre-book the spaces for a specific date and time, a maximum of 3 hours a day. You have to select the slot as per the availability and fill out the registration form. Once you have finished your registration, the mediator has to approve your booking, and you will get a confirmation email to the registered email id.
How to Book Library Space
- Select the space which is intended for booking.
- Select your slot according to the availability and submit your time.
- Please read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Please enter your personal details by using the IIMT email id.
- Once submit your booking, the mediator will confirm your booking and you will receive an autogenerated email regarding the confirmation.
Brain Bubbles
There are Eight Brain Bubbles available in the LRC and located on the ground floor. One team can pre-book the Brain Bubble for academic purposes, and there should be a minimum of two and a maximum of six members in a group.
Group Discussion Rooms
There are four group discussion rooms available in the LRC. Two rooms have a capacity of 3 persons located in the basement. The other two rooms are located on the third floor with a desktop facility. One team can pre-book the formal discussion room for academic purposes, and there should be a minimum of two and a maximum of six members in a team.
Multi Purpose Hall
Multipurpose Hall Policy- The Multipurpose hall is used for programs sponsored/conducted by the LRC.
